The org
Nemli Team is an Algerian esports organisation. One competing division, six being built, and a short list of jobs nobody is doing yet.
Where it started
Five players, one league
Nemli started as a Valorant five playing the Algerian circuit. Two podiums in 2025 and a Road to VCL 26 run later, the roster is still the same five.
Where it is going
Six more divisions
The plan is not one big signing. It is six rosters built the same way the first one was — locally, from players nobody scouted yet.
What it is not
A logo looking for renters
We do not lend the tag to a roster for a weekend. A division is opened when there are people to fill it and someone to run it.
How we run it

Scrims
Weeknights, reviewed after
Every scrim block gets watched back. Expect to hear what you did wrong and to say it to someone else.
Seats
Earned, then defended
Trials run for a few weeks. Rank gets you the trial. Comms, discipline and showing up keep the seat.
Divisions
Opened when the five exist
We do not announce a roster we cannot field. A division stays listed as recruiting until it is genuinely full.

These are unpaid while the org is unsponsored. That is stated up front rather than discovered later.

Naming
Nemli Team
Written as two words, both capitalised. Short form on brackets and overlays is NEMLI. Never NMLI, never Nemli Esports.
Crest
Red on black, or bone on black
Keep clear space of one antenna width on every side. Do not recolour the crest, rotate it or put it on a busy photo.
Type
Archivo and Chivo
Headlines in Archivo Expanded 800. Body in Chivo. Data, tags and scorelines in Chivo Mono. All three are free on Google Fonts.
